Turn miles into smiles in support of Smile Train at the Manchester Marathon!
Made famous for its fast, flat, and friendly route, the Manchester Marathon is an ideal running event for beginners or those looking for a personal best. Starting and finishing at Emirates Old Trafford, the route will take you pass some of the city's most iconic landmarks, including the Manchester Opera House and Albert Memorial Hall.
Why join Team EMPOWER?
Every three minutes a baby is born with a cleft which can lead to difficulties eating, breathing, hearing, and speaking. By supporting Smile Train and joining Team EMPOWER you will be raising funds which could help to provide children living with cleft access to a full range of cleft treatment services they would otherwise be unable to afford, and ultimately the opportunity of a healthy productive life.

If you have secured your own place in the event, independently of the charity, you can sign up to join Team EMPOWER and raise as much funds as possible to help provide free cleft treatment around the world.
