Robert Toth

Chief Operating Officer

Prior to joining Smile Train as Chief Operating Officer, Robert Toth spent nearly 20 years at Computer Associates in senior management positions in operations, business development, and general management in the United States and internationally. While at Computer Associates, Bob was responsible for developing and implementing sales programs that generated revenues with a market value in excess of US$1 billion.

Bob played a key role in Computer Associates’ Business Transformation Team, which formulated and guided the implementation of the business process and IT application systems necessary for the organization to meet its new business challenges. He also directed all operational elements of its global professional services business, including Systems, Processes, Compensation Planning, P&L, Budgets, and Business Planning, with direct responsibility for project quality, compliance auditing and assurance, and performance and risk management.

Prior to joining Computer Associates, Bob was a Senior Accountant in the audit department at Deloitte & Touche, where his clients included U.S. and multi-national organizations.

Bob earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Rider University.
